Martin Kuban joined IDC in July 2013 as a senior research analyst responsible for developing, driving, and implementing the IDC Manufacturing Insights research across the Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMA) region. In this role, he conducts primary and secondary research throughout CEMA with both IT vendors and end users.
Kuban provides key strategic quantitative and qualitative data combined with consulting services to leading manufactures and specialty IT vendors, addressing the challenges and trends affecting a variety of manufacturing industries in CEMA.
Previously, he worked as a consultant and project manager at ATTN Consulting. His key focus area was helping manufacturing companies with business process modeling, KPI measurement, employee evaluation, and competence modeling using a performance management system called ATTIS, a set of sophisticated software tools for improving organizations' efficiency, with emphasis on a process-driven approach to management.
Martin Kuban holds a master's degree in international trade from the University of Economics in Prague.
